• Service-Assistant/in (m/w/d)

Tasks

You can look forward to:

• Responsibility for customer reception and telephone answering
• Organizational control of customer and workshop appointments
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal customer care
• Supporting our service advisors in administrative tasks

Qualification

We can look forward to:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial relevant experience in dealing with customers
• Professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Customer-oriented behavior, confident demeanor, professional handling even in difficult situations
