Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of workshop capacity and maintenance in the appointment scheduling system
• Ensuring customer mobility
• Checking parts availability when making appointments
• Handling telephone services for the service department
• Customer service

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training (commercial or technical) (m/f/d)
• Conscientiousness, customer orientation, as well as team and communication skills
• Professional experience in the automotive industry (advantageous)
