Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of workshop capacity and maintenance in the appointment scheduling system
• Ensuring customer mobility
• Checking parts availability when scheduling appointments
• Handling telephone services for the service department
• Customer support

Qualifications

• Successfully completed (commercial or technical) vocational training (m/f/d)
• Diligence, customer orientation, as well as team and communication skills
• Professional experience in the automotive industry (advantageous)
