Aufgaben

Kundenmanagement & Kommunikation

• Erster Ansprechpartner: You receive our customers warmly on site and care for them professionally via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Service-Schnittstelle: You are responsible for order acceptance and ensure smooth communication between customers and the workshop.
• Mobilitätsgarantie: You organize our rental car fleet and handle the issuance and return independently.

Auftragsabwicklung & Finanzen

• Kalkulation: You create precise cost estimates and prepare orders for the workshop team.
• Abrechnung: After completing the work, you create invoices and explain the performed items to our customers if necessary.

Ersatzteile-Logistik & Organisation

• Bestellwesen: You ensure that all required parts are ordered and available in time.
• Warenkontrolle: You inspect the part deliveries for completeness and quality and distribute them to ongoing orders.
• Büro-Organisation: You keep an overview of schedules and ensure that administrative processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifikation
