Job description
- You support the service leadership in administrative tasks
- The organization and tracking of appointments are yours, as well as the coordination of internal and external meetings
- Creating and maintaining customer and service documentation, as well as creating reports & statistics, is part of your responsibility
- Processing customer inquiries and supporting offer creation is part of your daily work
- You organize and coordinate international business trips for service technicians
- You contribute to projects aimed at improving service quality
