Service Asset & Configuration Management Manager Miejsce pracy: Łódź Technologies we use Expected ServiceNow About the project We are looking for a Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Manager to take ownership of the client’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) governance. This is not a data-entry role. This is a strategic governance role. You will be the "Guardian of the CMDB," responsible for defining the data quality model, enforcing standards, and ensuring the platform supports the client’s business needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing complex IT systems, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities. We are looking for someone who can work independently, as well as part of a team, to drive the SACM project forward. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive SACM strategy that aligns with the client’s business objectives; • Defining data quality models and standards for the CMDB; • Ensuring the platform is configured correctly to support the client’s needs; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements; • Providing training and guidance to end-users on the use of the SACM system; • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the SACM project.
