Work where others spend their winter holidays. For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for a Service All-Rounder for our The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher.

Around 1,000 employees live our brand "Top of Europe" every day and are further developing Jungfraubahnen as the largest mountain railway group in tourism into an integrated leisure and service company.

The The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher is a meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world and offers a unique working environment directly at the foot of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. For the winter season from December 14, 2026 to April 4, 2027, we are looking for a dedicated personality who lives hospitality, enjoys getting involved, and together with the team, ensures unforgettable guest experiences.

Service All-Rounder

Your tasks

• Guest service with heart: You will welcome and look after our international guests in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
• Consultation & Sales: You will actively recommend food and drinks and ensure a thoroughly successful guest experience through targeted additional sales.
• Service & Cashiering: You will ensure professional service and be responsible for correct cashiering, including daily closing accounts.
• Mise en Place & Organization: You will independently prepare your work area and contribute to a smooth daily routine.
• All-round duties in operations: You will support the kitchen and bar team as needed and help where support is required.
• Quality & Cleanliness: You will ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality, and safety standards and maintain order in the entire guest area.

What you bring with you

• Experience in gastronomy, service, or a comparable role.
• Enjoyment of guest contact and a pronounced sense of service.
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations.
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as a sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit and a positive attitude with open communication.
• Good German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage.
