Service Advisors drive sales success in our Truck Care facilities through salesmanship, leadership, and customer service. Service Advisors are key members of management, combining technical and mechanical knowledge with strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for: * Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up. * Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products and services. * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. * Participating in training programs and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. * Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. * Performing other duties as assigned by management.
