As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service work, including parts and labor. • Collaborating with our technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. • Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and customer satisfaction. • Working closely with our sales team to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards. • Participating in on-the-job training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
