Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Ipswich area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive. This will involve working closely with the Service Manager to ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
