Job description

Job Description As Service Advisor, you are at the center of our daily operations. You are the first point of contact for customers in our branch in Ninove and guide them from A to Z. With your fluent communication, technical interest, and sense of service, you ensure a positive customer experience and a smooth internal flow. Your main responsibilities include: - Welcoming and advising both private and professional customers. - Supporting customers in choosing the right product or service. - Processing orders and handling payments. - Maintaining accurate records and filing documents. - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals. - Providing excellent customer service by being proactive, flexible, and responsive to customer needs. - Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies to provide expert advice. - Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge. - Working independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
