The Role

Key responsibilities include

• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Acting as the link between customers and the workshop team
• Advising on repairs, maintenance, and upsell opportunities
• Managing bookings and keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Finalising invoices and ensuring a smooth vehicle handover
• Handling warranty, recalls, and training-related administration

• Proven ability to perform well under pressure

• Well-presented with excellent organisational skills
• Tech-savvy with strong numerical ability
