• Deliver top-notch, friendly customer service
• High level of communication between customer and technicians
• Advise on repairs and upsell opportunities
• Manage bookings and keep customers updated
• Finalise invoices and ensure a smooth handover

• Handle recalls, training and warranty matters smoothly

About you

• Have the ability to thrive under pressure and work independently
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service
• Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Tech-savvy with strong numerical skills
• Experience within an automotive franchise will be highly regarded
