Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process customers in an efficient and professional manner
• Act as the link between customers and the workshop
• Book vehicles into the department and manage service schedules
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Ensure accurate completion of all service documentation and invoices
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
• Support continuous improvement through feedback and system monitoring

About You

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar workshop-based role
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical information clearly
• Organised and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong computer literacy and administrative accuracy
• A full clean NZ driver licence
