We’re looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has outstanding organisational and time management skills. If you enjoy helping customers, take pride in your work, and have a process-driven mindset, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Being the first point of contact for service customers - welcoming them, managing bookings, and ensuring they have a seamless experience
Preparing job cards, obtaining approvals, and managing invoicing
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process and ensuring deadlines are met
Managing workflow and communication across our service platforms

What you’ll bring to the role:

Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service
A background in automotive service advising, parts, or workshop coordination
The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
A positive attitude and sense of humour - we love to have fun while delivering results!
