Job Description

As a Service Advisor / Claims Manager Bodywork, you are the pivotal figure between the customer, insurer, and workshop. You ensure that every claim is followed up smoothly, correctly, and professionally.
Your tasks are varied and hands-on:
• You analyze vehicle damage using a tablet and take clear photos
• You correctly prepare damage estimates and files
• You manage administrative follow-up (work sheets, customer files, replacement vehicles, ...)
• You proactively maintain contact with customers and keep them informed of the progress
• You work from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the willingness to stay until 6 PM occasionally
• No weekend work, so your Saturdays off are guaranteed

• You have a connection / affinity with the sector and can motivate it
• If you have a bachelor's degree in automotive technology? Then you are even more eligible
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a basic knowledge of French

• You work smoothly with various software tools
