What you do
You process incoming customer inquiries in writing and by telephone and find customer-oriented solutions even in challenging situations
You carry out contract changes and ensure the correct processing of vehicle registrations, transfers, deregistration, and other administrative processes
You competently advise customers, general agencies, and internal specialist departments on non-life insurance matters for private clients
You draft and process written customer correspondence to a high standard and ensure efficient processing
You take responsibility for the timely and high-quality processing of your business cases
What you bring
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in the insurance or financial sector
VBV certification is an advantage
Experience in written and telephone customer contact
High service orientation and quality awareness
Very good written and spoken German and English skills, Austrian and/or Italian are an advantage
