Service Advisor - Automotive Industry

Our client is a long established, area landmark franchised new car dealership. Their expansion plans for the service department require the hiring of two additional Service Advisors. The brand is high volume, good quality and does not have massive warranty issues. The dealership offers security of tenure, above average salary and a friendly working atmosphere. The role is Monday to Friday, plus every 3rd Saturday morning.

Applicants for these positions must have current or recent Service Advisor experience, ideally gained in a franchised new car dealership environment. Applicants from aftermarket automotive businesses with strong customer facing experience are also welcome to apply. Candidates will have strong people-handling, organisational and computer skills, be totally reliable and be motivated by the achievement of customer satisfaction.

Salary for these positions will consist of a retainer up to $85k (depending on previous experience), super, commission and car.
