Service Advisor

What will you do?

Are you technically skilled and strong in customer contact? Do you get energy from planning, organizing, and informing customers correctly? Then this role as Service Advisor might be your next challenge!

As Service Advisor, you are part of the RMF (Reception – Warehouse – Billing) team. Together, you support the operation of the workshop. You report to the responsible RMF.

You are the key figure between customer and workshop, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and professionally.

What will you do specifically?
* You are the first point of contact for customers (at the counter and by phone) for maintenance and repairs on company vehicles
* You analyze the question or problem of the customer and answer technical questions
* You plan maintenance and repairs, taking into account the capacity of the workshop
* You keep customers proactively informed about progress
* You ensure correct billing of the work performed
* You clearly explain the work performed and the invoice to the customer
* You manage and schedule replacement vehicles and fleet

• * You have sufficient technical knowledge to make a preliminary diagnosis or estimate the duration of maintenance.
• * You are customer-friendly, enthusiastic, and possess the necessary communication and social skills.
• * You have a sense of order, neatness, and organization and are stress-resistant.
• * You can professionally and customer-oriented handle any complaints that may arise.
• * You are willing to work 1/2 Saturdays (a half-day) per month. If you work on Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

Education: You have completed an automotive technical education or have experience in a similar role within the sector.

Vocational knowledge: You possess good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Linguistic knowledge: You are very proficient in Dutch.
