As Service Adviseur, you are the first point of contact for both professional customers and DIY enthusiasts. You guide them in their purchase of building materials, tools or related products, and ensure that each customer leaves with confidence and the right information. You work closely together with colleagues, supports inventory management and maintains a neat and tidy store.

Your responsibilities:
- You receive customers at the counter and give professional advice based on their needs.
- You support customers in choosing building materials, tools or technical products.
- You process orders (store, phone, mail) and follow them up administratively correctly.
- You make quotes and ensure a precise follow-up.
- You take care of a neat, logical and attractive store environment.
- You follow payments and transactions correctly.
- You actively help with inventory management: placing orders and receiving deliveries.
- You spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in a customer-friendly manner.
- You signal complaints, think along about improvements and take the initiative to optimize work processes.
- You work on Saturday mornings in rotation.ProfileWho are you?

- You have experience in a commercial-administrative or counter function (experience in building materials and floors is a plus point).
- You are communicatively strong and speak fluent Dutch, with a good level of French.
- You are customer-oriented, friendly and think along with the customer.
- You are meticulous, orderly and work well structured.
- You are eager to learn, hands-on and take initiative where needed.
