Service Administrator (HVAC/North)

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the service team in the HVAC industry. Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers. Receive and process service requests and inquiries from customers. Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and service reports. Ensure accurate and timely recording of service activities and customer interactions. Assist in managing inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service team. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
