The day-to-day of this role includes providing excellent customer service through receiving and evaluating enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders. There is also an element of sales and upselling with a target-based commission scheme.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in a similar position, with a proven record of customer service and sales.
The Role:

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Provide excellent customer support and build lasting relationships
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet sales targets

The Person:

• Experience in a similar role, with strong customer service skills
• Confident in preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing enquiries
• Proven sales or upselling experience
• Based locally to Telford
