Customer Service Representative

Akelius acquires, improves and manages residential properties in the metropolitan cities of New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, London and Paris. We are looking for customer service-oriented person to work as service center representative for our office located in Montreal’s Old Port. Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Other language requirement Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec. The company has Francophone and Anglophone clients in Quebec and must therefore constantly use the two languages to communicate with its clientele.
