Server/Waiter - Breakfasts (morning) - Auberge Saint-Antoine

In collaboration with the Maître d’hôtel, the incumbent of this position is responsible for welcoming clients, ensuring cleanliness and buffet replenishment, as well as offering attentive service throughout the meal. He or she plays a key role in the smooth running of the morning, being the first point of contact of the day with our guests.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare the dining room and buffet before the start of service;
• Welcome clients with courtesy, professionalism, and attention;
• Presentation of the buffet function and answer client questions;
• Serve ordered dishes when required;
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service;
• Prepare and present the bill, and process payment transactions;
• Any other connected tasks.
