Job Description: Join our team as a Server and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for taking orders from our consumption centers and delivering them to our guests while maintaining and improving the quality of our guest service. You will work in collaboration with the staff and follow established health and safety standards as well as service standards. The goal is to create an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. Your main responsibilities will be: • To take orders from our consumption centers and deliver them to our guests in a timely manner. • To maintain and improve the quality of our guest service, ensuring that all interactions with our guests are positive and memorable. • To work in collaboration with the staff to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. • To follow established health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of our guests and employees. • To follow established service standards to ensure that all interactions with our guests are positive and memorable. The ideal candidate will have: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
