Serialization Specialist

LHH Responsibilities - Starting from product codes, creates articles in the L1, L2, and L3 serialization database and oversees them, trains and forms production staff, controls serialized products; - Collaborates on creating and/or modifying secondary packaging specifications with Supply Chain, Production for final QA/QP approval; - Receives from Production or Technical Services non-conformity indications of secondary materials in use for optimization and/or modifications, and communicates to Supply Chain and QA; - Ensures that at the end of production, serialized lots are reconciled and closed on system; - Participates in projects in the production area that require specific IT skills, collaborating with QA Validation, following external companies' requalification of facilities according to approved and issued specifications - Intervenes autonomously to resolve problems based on own IT and technical competencies to solve problems related to serialization systems, opening potentially tickets for assistance/support; - Serves as a trade union between production, supplies, and quality service; Profile - Technical diploma and/or degree in scientific fields - Good organizational capacity and autonomy; - Flexibility and willingness to complete collaboration with other department functions - Ideally 3-5 years of experience in the same role Sector: Pharmaceutical industry Role: Other
