Aufgaben

• Production controlling, including development and maintenance of modern controlling tools and reports for optimal management of the dynamic production environment.
• Preparation of standard cost rollups, conducting precise deviation analyses and ensuring correct cost allocation.
• Identification and analysis of deviations between planned and actual values, clarification of emerging inconsistencies and differences, proposal and coordination of necessary corrections.
• Examination of production processes, identification of potential for cost reduction and optimization, derivation of concrete recommendations and follow-up on their implementation.
• Participation in planning, execution, and evaluation of inventories.
• Support of financial accounting, e.g., in booking business transactions, payment flows, and reminder notices, account reconciliation, and master data maintenance.
• Participation in the creation of various statistics, evaluations, and other tasks of financial accounting as part of daily business.
• Function as a Business Partner for cost center managers and department heads through support in financial matters.

Qualifikation

• You hold a relevant degree or commercial training with corresponding experience.
• First professional experience in the field of finance and controlling (preferably also as a work student) and a well-developed understanding of numbers and interest in production processes.
• You have very good knowledge of office tools and ERP systems, ideally SAP FI/CO (preferably with experience in PP/MM).
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
