SEO alone is no longer enough. Visibility arises today in the interplay of classical search, AI Overviews, LLMs, Answer Engines, and Agentic Search Automation.

We are developing our work exactly in this tension field further, together with our clients.

Aufgaben

What you'll be doing

• You will manage your own client relationships and be their central point of contact. You will prioritize topics together with them and develop the collaboration further
• You think SEO and GEO together: classical search, generative response systems (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity & Co.), and Agentic Search Automation are for you interconnected systems that you will advise across the board
• You connect technical and content-based SEO with the requirements of LLMs and Answer Engines and lead to concrete measures from there
• You analyze data, develop hypotheses, test, and steer strategic decisions based on the findings
• You accompany relaunches and work closely with other disciplines together
• You bring yourself into the department, for example, in terms of methods, standards, and knowledge transfer

• You will be working on several client projects simultaneously
• You will be regularly in direct exchange with clients

• Not every measure works. What matters is how you deal with it

Qualification

• First practical experience in SEO, for example as a work student or with 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Interest in how search changes through AI
• The ability to learn knowledge yourself and actively seek feedback
• No fear of client contact
• A structured working style and reliability
• German language skills at the C1 level

In short: You take responsibility, professionally and towards clients.

You don't have to be able to do everything. What matters is that you want to understand why things work or don't.
