SEO, Website & Conversion Manager - (all genders) - 100% Homeoffice

You will be responsible for our organic reach, our websites and their performance.

Your goal is not to report rankings or write strategy papers but to ensure that more people find our solutions, use our websites and become qualified leads.

You are responsible for the further development of our entire web presence: from SEO strategy to website structure to conversion optimization. You will work data-driven, make decisions based on facts and implement measures consistently.

You will work independently, analytically and with a clear focus on impact. When our websites grow and perform, it's your merit. If potential remains unused, it's your topic.

Aufgaben

• You develop our SEO strategy further and implement it independently technically, structurally and content-wise. You analyze rankings, search behavior and competitors and lead concrete measures from them.
• You optimize landing pages, conversion funnels and user experiences with the goal of generating more qualified leads.
• You are responsible for the further development of all websites of fino data services GmbH as well as our products and future brands.
• You define website structures, contents, functions and user paths and work closely with development, marketing and other teams together.
• You steer our KI-based content process and ensure that contents meet both search intentions and quality standards.
• You develop existing tracking and analysis concepts further and ensure a clean data foundation.
• You identify optimization potential, prioritize measures and implement them consistently. You work with clear KPIs and check the success of your measures based on measurable results.

Qualifikation

• You have fundamental experience in the SEO field and have successfully built rankings, visibility and organic traffic.
• You understand technical SEO as well as content SEO and search intentions. You have experience in conversion optimization and can show how your measures led to more leads or revenue.
• You have already been responsible for websites or web projects and have steered their strategic and operational further development.
• You work safely with Web analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics 4 as well as event and conversion tracking.
• You can interpret data, recognize connections and derive concrete recommendations from them.
• You have a good sense for high-quality content and recognize which contents both users and search engines are convinced by.
• You work independently, structured and take responsibility for results.
• You bring implementation strength with you and want to realize things not just plan them. Your living and working place is located in Germany.
