SEO Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join our team in Poznań. The role will involve leading SEO activities (audit, optimization, recommendations), monitoring visibility, positions, and organic traffic; reporting results, implementing technical solutions improving indexability, speed, and quality of pages, planning and executing link building strategies, developing company blogs, collaborating with copywriters and agencies on content creation, supporting the marketing team in achieving visibility and conversion goals, analyzing competitors, trends, and changes in search algorithms.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO (on-site and off-site),
Ability to analyze and optimize technical and content aspects of pages,
Experience in link building (including through own projects),
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar,
Basic understanding of HTML and CMS systems (WordPress),
Understanding of crawl budget, indexing, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, YMYL, and factors affecting visibility.

Bonus points:

Experience in managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously (including own initiatives),
Familiarity with automation systems for SEO work and experience in scaling link building efforts.
