Art of the trade

• Develop SEO strategies: Develop and implement SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and improving search engine positions.
• SEO research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure content optimally aligns with search intent and relevance.
• Technical SEO optimization: Analyze and improve the technical aspects of our website, such as site structure, crawlability, indexability, and page speed.
• Close collaboration: Work closely with web developers and UX/UI designers to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure best practices for websites.
• Content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize and implement content for search engines, without compromising brand tone and user experience.
• Performance monitoring: Use SEO tools to monitor performance, track keyword rankings, analyze backlinks, and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Regularly compile reports on organic search performance and advise on optimization strategies.

Your superpowers

• Completed MSc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist within a customer-facing brand and international environment
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including site structure, crawl management, structured data, and mobile-first indexing
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Ability to independently implement technical changes on websites (experience with CMS systems)
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a big plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into effective SEO strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and content creators
• Independent, accurate, and driven to continuously improve website performance and user experience
