SEO Specialist

Purpose for an SEO agency is to recruit a SENIOR SPECIALIST SEO who wants to be part of a remarkable team.

In the capacity of Senior SEO Specialist, you will hold a strategic role, being responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

You will collaborate directly with the Content, Web Development, and SEO teams to ensure a holistic approach and maximize online visibility and organic performance for our clients.

We are looking for a proactive professional with deep analytical thinking and leadership abilities, capable of transforming data into successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Development:
• • Elaboration and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to achieve client objectives (traffic growth, ranking improvement, lead generation).
  • Conducting in-depth SEO audits (technical, content, backlinks) to identify opportunities for growth and problems to be solved.
  • Performing complex keyword research to guide content strategy and on-page optimization.
• Technical Implementation and Optimization:
• • Identifying and solving technical SEO problems: page load speed, indexing, crawlability, site architecture, structured data (Schema.org), sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.
  • Supervising and guiding the implementation of technical recommendations in collaboration with the development team.
  • Optimizing on-page elements: meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, URL structures, internal links.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• • Maintaining constant monitoring of SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Creating periodic, clear, and concise performance reports that include detailed analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Analyzing competitive strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Management and Collaboration:
• • Managing client relationships on the SEO component, participating in meetings, and presenting results and strategic plans.
  • Closely collaborating with developers, content marketers, and other teams to ensure the creation of SEO-optimized content that responds to user search intentions.
  • Account management for clients.
  • Offering guidance to SEO team members and taking on tasks as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in the SEO industry.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at an SEO agency, not freelancer.
• Advanced knowledge of all pillars of SEO: technical, on-page, off-page.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of operating standard tools in the industry (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, etc.).
• Understanding of search engine principles, ranking factors, and algorithm updates.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to extract valuable insights.
• Remarkable communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities for interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respect deadlines.
• Proactive thinking, problem-solving orientation, and result-oriented approach.
• Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications in the field are an advantage.
