Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive Content- & SEO-strategy, to sustainably increase the organic reach and visibility of konfetti
• BUILDUP and continuous optimization of our content strategies for AI-generated content and semantic search coverage
• Responsibility for content-SEO-aspects (keyword research, content architecture, internal linking, structured data) – in close cooperation with the Engineering Team on technical topics
• Closely cooperate with the Product Development Team, to incorporate content and SEO requirements early into product and feature roadmaps
• Conduct regular content-SEO-audits (e.g. with Ahrefs, Sistrix, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights) and derive concrete recommendations
• Optimize existing content and actively participate in new content formats and landing pages, in close coordination with the Content and Design Team
• Monitor and report central KPIs and build efficient processes and guidelines for content creation, SEO, and performance optimization

Qualifikation

• At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, content or SEO
• Passion for data-driven content marketing and operational content creation
• A strong interest in AI & LLMs and their impact on search behavior and content strategies
• Product proximity: Enjoy cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Product Design
• Analytical, structured working style and high self-responsibility
• Linguistic skills German: C2
