Aufgaben

Your Mission

You are responsible for the systematic build-up and scaling of our organic reach.
While translating search intentions, medical topics, and regulatory requirements into high-quality, HWG-compliant content along the entire patient journey - with a clear focus on relevance, quality, and sustainable performance. In a market where advertising is strongly restricted, your content is our most important growth driver.

• You develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive SEO strategy across Onpage, Content, and Structure.
• You plan, create, and optimize blog posts, guides, and information content, which convinces both users and search engines.
• You conduct keyword and theme research along the patient journey and derive clear thematic priorities from it.
• You cover SEO in all its facets (Technical, On- and Off-page, as well as Content SEO) and bring us forward in GEO.
• You build and maintain a structured editorial and content roadmap.
• You work closely with Regulatory to ensure HWG-compliant contents.
• You synchronize your content strategy with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Product to boost cross-channel performance.
• You monitor rankings, traffic, visibility, and content performance, identify optimization opportunities, and derive concrete, from it.

You connect SEO technology with content creation and ensure that we are the unchallenged number 1 for relevant search queries.

Qualifikation

Your toolkit consists of:

• Flexibility, to navigate safely in a strongly dynamic market and between changing priorities
• Hands-On mentality, intrinsic motivation, and a clear focus on outputs
• Broad experience in SEO - ideally at the technical level - and content marketing
• Very good language skills, editorial security, and structured working methods
• Safe handling of SEO tools, GEO experience advantageous
• Analytical thinking and high quality standards
• Skills to prepare complex contents in a clear and regulatorily compliant manner
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
