SEO Manager - SEO & Content Marketing (w/m/d)

Medical Cannabis is one of the few markets where advertising is strongly restricted. Your content is our most important growth driver.

Quick Green is a digital platform for medical cannabis - a brand of Rapid Health GmbH. We are 13 people, have validated our model and are now scaling carefully.

Our first marketing team member has started building the foundation. Now we're adding CRM, a marketing leadership role, and you. As the fourth person in the emerging marketing team, you'll build organic visibility from scratch - with direct influence on company success.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You are responsible for building our systematic organic visibility. In a market where paid advertising is strongly regulated, SEO is not just nice to have - it's a central growth channel. Your focus lies on technical SEO and structure; with content, we use smart tools - you ensure the result sticks. HWG conformity will be ensured by the team.

What you'll do:

• You develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy with a clear focus on technical SEO, page structure, and on-page optimization
• You build and maintain a structured content roadmap and steer the quality of contents - from theme research to release
• You conduct keyword and theme research along the patient journey
• You drive us forward in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) with concrete measures, not just theory
• You are responsible for off-page SEO and link building
• You monitor rankings, traffic, and content performance and lead concrete measures

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Broad experience in SEO - ideally with technical foundation
• Knowledge and experience in GEO - you understand how AI systems evaluate content and how to optimize for it
• Excellent language skills, editorial security, and structured work habits
• Safe handling of SEO & GEO tools
• Able to prepare complex contents clearly and conformably
• Very good German in writing and speaking

Experience in regulated or competitive markets is a plus - not a must.
