SEO-Manager (m/w/d)

Köhler + Partner is a family-owned company with around 80 employees, specializing in B2B communication and marketing of technical goods in the machine building and automation technology sectors since 50 years.

We are looking for an SEO Manager (m/w/d) to join our agency location in Buchholz near Hamburg immediately.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for developing and implementing SEO and GEO strategies for a fixed customer base.
• You advise our customers strategically and conceptually on the topic of SEO and GEO.
• You conduct keyword, market, and competition analyses and set up tracking measures.
• You plan and implement editorial SEO measures independently and technically in the CMS backend.
• You are responsible for analyzing traffic, ranking, and conversions and creating customized reports for our customers.
• You keep track of trends, tools, and technological developments in the areas of GEO, AI, and search technologies and provide recommendations.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a training or study in (online-) marketing successfully and bring professional experience from a digital, design, or advertising agency.
• You have in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), experience with the SEO tool "Semrush", and familiarity with Google tools (GA, GSC, GTM, Ads, Looker Studio).
• You have initial expertise in GEO and AI topics.
• You are well-versed in ranking criteria for search engines.
• You enjoy working with data and technical questions and work very structured and organized.
• You have an open and positive attitude, making it easy for you to adapt to different conversation partners and convince them of your ideas - even in English is no problem for you.
