SEO Lead (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Lead (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our affiliate portfolio and scale it further. You will work with some of the biggest publishers in the world and have a direct impact on revenue.

You will drive the SEO strategy for multiple affiliate websites across diverse verticals, lead ongoing go-lives in new markets, and manage a small team of SEO Content Managers. You will have the freedom to set the direction, prioritize, and act quickly when things change – because in SEO, things are always changing.

You will report to the Head of Organic and work closely with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to transform SEO potential into measurable business results.

What You Will Do

• Drive revenue growth for existing affiliate websites: Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, optimize high-quality pages for rankings and CTR, and manage backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate websites.
• Launch new affiliate websites end-to-end: From keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure to coordinating with stakeholders to launch new websites from scratch.
• Drive on-page and off-page performance: Conduct content audits, improve the use of SERP features, manage link-building initiatives, and collaborate with agencies and publishers to strengthen domain authority.
• Identify and seize growth opportunities: Research publishers, assess new markets, evaluate domain authority and traffic trends, and weigh expansion options based on business growth frameworks.
• Lead and develop a team of SEO Content Managers: Set clear priorities, demand accountability, coach for development, and also conduct difficult conversations when necessary.

What You Bring

• You have extensive on-page and off-page SEO experience, with proven success in scaling organic growth.
• You have proven experience in leading a team with a focus on development, motivation, and high performance.
• You speak German at a native level and have a fluent command of English (C1+), and you are comfortable interacting with stakeholders in both languages.
• Ideally, you are based in Berlin. However, for the right person, the position can also be remote.
• You are analytical and structured: you prioritize what's essential, communicate clearly, and make decisions even under pressure.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
