SEO & GEO Specialist

• You will optimize content for Search Generative Experience (SGE) and for new forms of generated responses from AI;
• You will work on increasing the probability that client sites are cited as sources by language models and AI systems;
• You will structure content so that brands are understood as relevant and authoritative entities (E-E-A-T matters);
• You will perform technical audits and optimize Core Web Vitals, URL structures, and information architecture;
• You will implement and manage advanced Schema Markup (JSON-LD) for semantic clarity and entity relationships;
• You will build content strategies based on intent, conversational queries, and long-tail;
• You will monitor Share of Voice, including in new generative interfaces and AI recommendations

• You can edit HTML/CSS for on-page optimizations;
• You understand the impact of JavaScript on indexing and can collaborate with dev teams for SSR or other technical solutions;
• You use Regex for data analysis and filtering;
• You work comfortably in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions;
• You configure robots.txt, sitemaps, and index settings without emotions

• You use AI tools for brainstorming, content briefs, schema generation, and optimization;
• You identify content gaps using AI clustering and semantic analysis platforms;
• You monitor visibility in new generative forms;
• You create automated workflows between tools for efficiency and scalability

• You monitor performance through GA4, Search Console, and other relevant tools;
• You correlate organic traffic with conversions and business objectives;
• You build clear dashboards showing the impact and ROI of SEO & GEO strategies;
• You respect data security policies and use AI in an ethical and responsible manner

• Solid experience in SEO (minimum 3 years)
• Good understanding of technical SEO;
• Real curiosity about the AI and generative search zone;
• Analytical thinking + ability to transform insights into actions
