SEO & GEO MANAGER (m/f/d)

OMR Reviews is the leading platform in DACH for software with authentic user reviews, bringing transparency to the SaaS market. We provide guidance and security to decision-makers when purchasing software, and at the same time help software companies build reach, reputation, and new customer potential. Over 80,000 verified reviews, more than 12,000 tools, over 700 categories, around 200,000 unique users per month.
Our goal is clear: to be visible in Google search and in the AI answers of all relevant models. As SEO & GEO Manager, you will be the person who makes this technically possible and derives implications for our editorial team from it. You will work in the SEO Team, which is part of our Content and SEO division, and will report directly to the Tech Team.

• You will drive the technical SEO of our platform forward: crawling, index management, internal linking, and URL structure across all page types, from ContentHub articles to category pages to product profiles
• You will oversee website monitoring and identify relevant errors before they cost traffic
• You will work on our visibility in AI answers (AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and track Share of Voice, Citations, and Mentions with Rankscale
• Furthermore, you will identify potentials that determine findability in AI search and actively educate yourself in this field
• You will translate your SEO and GEO findings into clear guardrails for our editorial team
• You will support keyword research and topic selection and prioritize optimizations in the existing content, including thin content analysis and content pruning
• You will help us make our (SEO/GEO) processes efficient and automate them at suitable points with conscious use of AI
• You will work with Google Search Console, SISTRIX, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, Rankscale, DataforSEO, and Claude

• You have at least three years of professional experience in SEO, ideally with a focus on technical SEO
• You are interested in GEO and want to understand how LLMs select their sources
• You are proficient in Google Search Console and a visibility tool like SISTRIX or Semrush
• You can explain SEO in a way that editorial and sales understand what needs to be done
• You have already gained initial experience in using AI to automate (SEO/GEO) workflows
• You enjoy working with numbers and justify your priorities with them
• You work independently, initiate topics yourself, and ask questions when you want to progress
• Your German language skills are at native speaker level, and your English is good

• You have already worked with a large website with many page types, ideally from a marketplace, publisher, or platform environment
• You have experience in the B2B SaaS or tech environment
• You can work with SQL and BigQuery
• You automate routine tasks yourself, for example with n8n or your own Python scripts
• You understand how Paid and Organic work together
