Tasks

Your job with us.

With us, you will take responsibility for the further development of our SEO and GEO area. You will combine in-depth SEO knowledge with Generative Engine Optimization, AI Search, automation, and agent-based workflows.

Your goal is not to manually process as many SEO tasks as possible. You question existing processes and develop intelligent systems with which we can analyze faster, identify potentials, derive measures, and measure their impact.

At the same time, you will ensure that our clients are optimally visible in classic search engines as well as in AI-based search and answer systems.

Your tasks:

• You develop and are responsible for SEO and GEO strategies for our clients.
• You analyze websites, search behavior, and competitors, identify technical and content-related potentials, and derive concrete optimization measures.
• You analyze the visibility of brands, products, and content in AI-based search and answer systems and develop measures to improve AI visibility, citability, and brand presence.
• You conceptualize AI-supported SEO and GEO workflows and automate recurring analysis, monitoring, and research processes with agents and suitable tools.
• You test new models, tools, and approaches and integrate sensible solutions into our work processes.
• You work closely with developers, project teams, and clients, ensuring the quality of our results.

Qualification

What you bring.

You are already deeply knowledgeable in the subject matter and have the practical experience to advance SEO, GEO, and AI Search with us.

This is important to us:

• In-depth practical SEO experience and a very good understanding of Onpage, Content, and Technical SEO
• In-depth practical experience with GEO and AI Search, as well as a good understanding of how AI-based search and answer systems find information, incorporate sources, and generate answers
• Experience with AI-supported workflows, automations, or agents and a high affinity for new technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive concrete optimization measures from data
• Experience with common SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SISTRIX, or Google Search Console
• Independent, structured way of working, strong communication skills, as well as very good German and confident English

You would shine additionally with these skills:

• Experience with APIs and the integration of different systems and data sources
• Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data
• Experience with international SEO or GEO projects
• Experience with the independent conception and implementation of AI agents, automations, or comparable AI projects
