Fokus: Organic Growth, Medical Education & Content Strategy

Deine Mission

You will be responsible for systematically building and scaling our organic reach.
Drawing on search intentions, medical topics, and regulatory requirements, you will translate these into high-quality, HWG-compliant content along the entire patient journey - with a clear focus on relevance, quality, and sustainable performance. In a market where advertising is strongly restricted (HWG), your content will be our most important growth driver. You will connect SEO techniques with editorial excellence and ensure that we are the unchallenged number one for relevant search queries.

What you can expect from us

• Development, implementation, and further development of a comprehensive SEO strategy (Onpage, Content, Structure)
• Planning, creation, and optimization of blog posts, guides, and information content
• Conducting keyword and theme research along the patient journey
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRUCTURED EDITORIAL AND CONTENT ROADMAP
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH REGULATORY FOR HWG-COMPLIANT CONTENT RELEASE
• COLLABORATION WITH MARKETING, GROWTH, AND PRODUCT TO INTEGRATE CONTENT
• IDENTIFYING OPTIMIZATION POTENTIALS AND DERIVING CONCRETE MEASURES

Qualification

What you bring with you

• MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SEO AND CONTENT MARKETING
• VERY GOOD LANGUAGE SKILLS, EDITORIAL SAFETY, AND STRUCTURED WORKING STYLE
• FAMILIARITY WITH SEO TOOLS (E.G. Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog ETC.)
• ANALYTICAL THINKING AND HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
• AABILITY TO PREPARE COMPLEX CONTENT IN A CLEAR AND REGULATORY-COMPLIANT MANNER
• VERY GOOD GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS IN WRITING AND SPEECH
