Responsibilities

• You will take on the comprehensive support and management of B2B key accounts from the energy industry.
• You will be responsible for service delivery for your customers in the ongoing operation of complex mobile communications solutions.
• You will create, analyze, and present regular service reports for top customers.
• You will continuously monitor, control, and further develop agreed SLA structures.
• You will actively manage stakeholders at the customer level as well as with internal specialist departments.
• You will ensure high service, process, and quality standards.
• You will manage customer projects, including planning, implementation, and controlling.
• You will apply suitable project management methods to manage complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience as a Service Manager in a B2B environment, ideally with corporate customers in the energy industry and critical infrastructures.
• You possess proven expertise in customer service from an IT or mobile communications provider.
• You have a confident demeanor and possess very good communication and presentation skills at both operational work levels and management/executive levels.
• You are characterized by a high degree of service orientation and a strong sense of quality.
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written.
