Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and control of B2B key accounts from the energy sector.
• You will be accountable for service delivery to your customers in the ongoing operation of complex mobile phone solutions.
• You will create, analyze, and present regular service reports for top customers.
• You will monitor, steer, and continuously develop agreed-upon SLA structures.
• You will maintain active stakeholder management at the customer level as well as against internal departments.
• You will ensure a high level of service, process, and quality.
• You will take over the management of customer projects, including planning, implementation, and controlling.
• You will apply suitable project management methods to steer complex customer requirements.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience as a Service Manager in the B2B field, ideally with corporate customers from the energy sector and critical infrastructure.
• You possess recognized expertise in customer service at an IT or mobile phone provider.
• You confidently take on tasks and possess very good communication and presentation skills both on operational work and leadership levels.
• You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and a strong sense of quality awareness.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking.
