Senior(Principal) Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems. Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor. Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency. Make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. Identify and prioritize capital projects for facility upgrades and improvements. Monitor and control budget for facility operations and maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned.
