Senior/Manager, Finance, Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

Your responsibilities include supporting the preparation and presentation of financial reports to management, coordinating the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and providing financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

You will work closely with Clinical, Operational and other key stakeholders to coordinate, review and drive the preparation and timely submission of Funding Papers and Claim Statements, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and organisational priorities. Additionally, you will also monitor budget utilisation, analyse financial performance and variances.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or degree holder (major in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of related working experience preferably in a healthcare setting
• Team player with the ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse set of stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
• Systematic and meticulous in work
• Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situation
