Senior/Lead UX Researcher @ Spyrosoft

At least 5 years of experience in UX research, with ownership of the full research cycle from early concepts to final recommendations. Hands-on experience with a variety of research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis) and the ability to choose the right method for each case. Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox, or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, development, and QA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key insights and trends from data. Experience in creating and presenting research reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
