Senior/Lead Product Manager – Institutional Solutions

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to lead building of FYERS’ institutional product offerings and solutions. The ideal candidate understands how institutional participants operate in Indian capital markets and has experience building products for them. Responsibilities: Define and execute the product roadmap for institutional offerings. Understand institutional workflows, challenges, and regulatory needs for domestic institutional investment firms. Understand and create requirements for institutional clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including institutional clients, sales teams, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and features that meet the needs of institutional clients. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Identify opportunities to improve existing products and services for institutional clients. Develop and manage budgets for product development initiatives. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of products and services. Provide thought leadership on product strategy and direction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that impact institutional clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of institutional investment firms and their needs. Experience building products for institutional clients. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications: CFA, CAIA, or FRM a plus.
