Senior/Lead Pathologist (New Delhi & Bengaluru)

The incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the Lab Operations for all MedGenome Routine Path Labs (company owned & Franchise) across the country. 15 years of experience in routine pathology (MD Pathology) Responsibilities include professional, scientific, consultative, and advisory organizational administrative and educational matters. Appointing & designating the Pathologist cum Management Representative to carry out the day-to-day activities of the Laboratory & authorizing the patient's samples for testing. Conducting quality control checks on all tests performed in the laboratory. Maintaining accurate records of test results, patient information, and other relevant data. Providing guidance and training to junior staff members. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the laboratory. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accreditation standards. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the laboratory. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of new tests and protocols.
