Senior/Executive, Subsidy Implementation & Systems

The Agency Services Division is responsible for the overall management of the subsidy implementation process, including the development of policies, procedures and guidelines. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of subsidies across various healthcare institutions in Singapore. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective strategies for subsidy implementation; • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of subsidy processes across different healthcare institutions; • Providing guidance and support to healthcare institutions on subsidy-related matters; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of subsidy implementation processes; • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing recommendations for process enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of public healthcare systems, policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related fields is required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will also have: • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong leadership and management skills; • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
