Senior Workplace Engineer (Citrix, with German) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected PowerShell Optional Citrix Cloud VDI About the project You play a key role in supporting and enhancing our virtual desktop and infrastructure environment. You ensure stable operations, smooth user experiences, and strong governance across ITIL processes. By managing ServiceNow workflows, maintaining enterprise configurations, supporting Citrix-based VDI, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing, implementing, and maintaining virtual desktop environments using Citrix Cloud VDI. • Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks. • Collaborating with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems. • Providing technical guidance and support to end-users. • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field. • Participating in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
